電機(馬達)的一些專業名詞術語
1、扭矩
從轉軸到力的作用線垂直距離d 乘以力F等于扭矩M,扭矩的單位名稱是牛·米(N.m)
M= Fd M=力矩(牛。米N.m) F=力(牛頓N) d=軸作用線垂直距離(米m)扭矩單位換算 1(?!っ?=10.2(公斤。厘米) 1(牛·米) =0.102(公斤·米)
The torque

force equals the torque,torque unit name is New Mi(N.m).
M= Fd M= torque (nm N.m) F= (N d= axis line of Newton) vertical distance (m m)

2、功率
表示電機在單位時間內,在一定的轉速下,輸出一定的扭矩所做的功。
計算方式P= 2n/60*n*T
P=機械功率(瓦w) n=轉速(轉/分r/min) T=扭矩(?!っ譔.m)
power
Said motor unit time,at a certain speed,torque output of certain work done.
Calculated by P= 2n/60*n*T
P= mechanical power( watts w) n-speed (r/min r/ min) T= torque( Nm Nm)
3、絕緣電阻
常溫、常濕下的電動機以DC500V 兆歐表測量線圈外殼間時,測量值為20MS 以上。

4、絕緣耐壓
常溫、常濕下的電動機以線圈外殼間施加一分鐘高壓,亦無異常。

5、絕緣等級
絕緣等級是指電機繞組采用的絕緣材料的耐熱等級。按其耐熱性分有A.E.B.F.H 五種等級,每
一絕緣等級的絕緣材料都有相應的極限允許工作溫度。
